The TSKA was formed in July 1993, to promote the style of Shotokan Karate, be non-political and friendly whilst maintaining high technical standards.
The Association holds an Annual Residential Course, regular dan gradings, black and brown belt courses, a national competition and social functions.
The Traditional Shotokan Karate Association is a UK-wide martial arts association teaching and promoting the traditional aspect of this world-recognised martial art.
Mere Karate Club trains every Wednesday night and practices the internationally recognised traditional martial art Shotokan.
